SHIPPING, REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We cover the cost of shipping your products to you.
If you place your order on our web shop, ebay or etsy, we use a standard 48 hour tracked service.
Depending on when your order is placed, your products should arrive with you within 48 hours. This may be longer if your order has been placed on a weekend.
If you place your order through Amazon Prime, you should receive it within 24 hours.
We despatch your order to allow these delivery targets to be achieved. Occasionally delays to delivery can occur. We take no responsibility for delays caused by couriers and postal services. However, should your delivery be delayed, please notify us and we’ll do all we can to track it.
We understand that sometimes things might go wrong, and we’re here to help ensure that you receive your order as expected.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order is dispatched to you, and if you do we will refund 100% of any payment we have received from you for that order.
You have a further 14 calendar days from receiving your order to notify us that you want to cancel. We will acknowledge your notification. Please send your cancellation request by email to email@example.com.
Please include: Order number, reason for cancellation, and whether a refund or replacement is wanted. If possible, include pictures of the product highlighting any issue at hand.
You then have another 14 calendar days to return any undamaged goods to us. Undamaged returns are to be made at your expense.
Where damaged goods have been received, evidence is to be provided with your notification, and we will inform you whether to keep or return the items. If they are to be returned, we shall cover the cost.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your return must be unopened and be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must still be sealed in the original packaging and you must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your returned item subject to the instructions above (or as otherwise instructed by us), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after validating your return.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund or a replacement, as requested, so that it is received by you within 14 calendar days of us receiving your return. Refunds will be made to your credit card (or original method of payment). Refunds to credit cards are subject to your card issuer’s policies.
